33yo clean & chill prof. (2bed newbuild flatmate)

My name’s Noelie, I'm a 33 year old Research Analyst working at a Hoxton-based international development consultancy firm. I have a mixed background, Cypriot, Namibian, Beninese (& I guess British). I'm also a part-time rollerskater which has led me to travel quite a few times a year.

✨What I’m looking for?✨
I’m keen on moving into a 2-bedroom newbuild flat within the Tower Hamlets/Hackney/Stratford area! I’m in a short-let for now but looking for somewhere new from mid-Apr 2026.

My preference is to live in a mature, clean and relaxed household with professionals. Not keen on a party house but respectful communication and having friends over is never an issue with me. I get along best with culturally-curious people or folks with international backgrounds.

After living in flatshares with people I don’t share similar cleaning standards with for a decade, it’s super important to me that I move into the next place with someone whose standards align. I’m not a neat-freak but I’m totally open to living with one! 😅

I work from the office twice a week & WFH other days. I’m a very considerate flatmate & make it a habit to clean up after myself, especially in shared spaces - I really appreciate the same in return. If needed, I know a lovely bi-weekly cleaner that can help us out if schedules don’t align. I generally just value honest & respectful communication, tidiness & most other things can be worked out.
