Quiet place for me and my dog please

I have a dog, so please read my advert before offering me a room, thanks :)

I'm a Higher Education professional, and PhD student, so I'm looking for a quiet and relaxed household, with a place I can work/ study when not in the office.

I love swimming, and go most days. I have a three and a half year old black labrador, who is adorable (see photos). She is very well trained, and gets on well with other dogs, people, and children. She stays home on my office days, and goes out and about with me when I'm not working.

I'm quiet and like a balance of my own space and some socialisation. For example, I love to cook, and I'm very happy to share a meal, or just relax with housemates. Evenings are normally chill-time for me.

I'm clean and tidy, and look for the same in others. I'm a quiet person and I don't want to live in a noisey house. I tend to go to bed and get up early. I have a car so parking required.
