Hi! I'm seeking a one bed property or spacious studio for me and my 5 year old Cat.
Looking to move ASAP, ideally would like to be sole occupant however would consider sharing with 1 other like minded room mate.
We're both friendly, fully house trained and respectful of rented property (references available upon request)
Commutable distance to Birmingham City center required and preferable bills included!
I work as a restaurant manager so do some unsociable hours however enjoy my free time relaxing at home or out trying new restaurants and venues with friends!
