Looking for a room in an easy going home

I am a professional female, vegetarian, late 30s looking for a single or double room.

I'm very clean and respectful, and I don't appreciate cleaning rotas since experience has shown me those contribute to people not cleaning after themselves as often as they should, although I understand some people would need that structure. I'm very easy to live with and friendly, I mostly prefer to spend the very little free time I have at home not working on my social skills, I see home as a place for peace and quiet. I love pets so a house/flat with pets is definitely something I'm very comfortable with and welcome.
I also must share that I work from home most of the time (3x a week minimum), so internet connection and respectful people are imperative.
Bills included in the rent would be ideal.
