I need a quiet and clean room in the Colchester area (including Sudbury). I am a respectful person but I would need the same from other people. Pets could be ok, depending on how many there are and what they are.
Due to a recent back problem, I need a room with a desk (or where I can bring my own desk, which isn't that big) and a firm mattress.
I would be a really considerate tenant but I'd need the same from other people in return.
