Writer / Film-maker seeks quiet place to call home

I’m an easy-going creative, from South Africa originally. For a living, I write, direct and edit TV shows (and other kinds of videos).

I moved to the UK a few years ago, just before Brexit and Covid, so it’s been an odd time. But I’ve managed to make progress and have a business partner in Surrey. We make corporate videos, mainly.

I also write screenplays in my spare time and have a writing partner in Cape Town. We’re currently developing stories for Netflix Africa.

I recently adopted a timid little cat that was sheltering in the neighbor’s woodshed, and called her Molly.

Always good to share with other creatives, ideally in allied disciplines in film, tv & acting (I’ve made several short films) – but not essential.

I'm looking for a decent sized studio flat /double room / en suite room, ideally in a quiet area, but not too far from some cafe life.

I'm mainly vegetarian and health conscious, impeccably clean and tidy, into meditation, music, film.

Looking for my own space, ideally, but also happy to share with like-minded house-mates of any culture or orientation.
