40, male professional. Double bedroom wanted.

My name is David, aged 40 and I work in accounting for an artist studio. I am from Dublin and am currently looking for a new place. I am looking for a double room and have a budget of £950pcm (bills included). My ideal roommate(s) would be between the ages of 25 and 50.

I like to relax after work in the week and then make the most of my weekends. In my spare time I like to try new restaurants, play sports, go to the gym and socialise.

I would like to live with somebody who makes a conscious effort to keep the place clean. It would also be great to move in with someone who would like to go for the occasional bite to eat or drink. While I do enjoy a sociable house/flat, I do respect other people's privacy all the same.

I am looking to move some time between the end of May and July.
