Happy ,50s guy , genuine ,very easy going, private, respectful, trustworthy, polite and clean man, non smoker . Work in a maintenance/facilities dept at a nursing Home near Haywards Heath. Have my own small van, and would be happy to take a room furnished or otherwise. Can help along the way with Diy or house repairs if required, happy too with a rural rental , farm , 1 bed self contained Annexe etc, i have a max max budget above.
