Temporary studio/annex or houseshare with 1 other

Hello there,

I am looking for a temporary base in the BCP area whilst I am looking for a more permanent home back in the area, preferred locations are Boscombe, Pokesdown, Southbourne, Christchurch, Westbourne, happy to consider other locations if suitable.
Ideally I would prefer to have my own little space ie An annexe or ensuite studio, it doesn't need to be a huge space. Good WiFi and close to public transport links needed.
I am self reliant, independent and see where I live as a sanctuary from the hectic world we all seem to live in.
My work is mostly in the Bournemouth/Southampton some times London area's, with some working from home too.
I am in a quieter stage of life and tend to do my socialising away from my home space, so if anyone needs a quiet respectful friendly person, then I am your person albeit on a temporary basis, if that reflects your needs too.
