A Quiet but social person

Hi,

I am friendly professional female. I am looking for a room to let near Plymouth hospital. I will need it on a flexible basis as I wont be at the property all the time. E. g. away on weekends, or away on holidays. So one week could be 4 nights, another 3, another full week.

So would suit someone who wants to utilise rent a room to get income, but not someone all the time there.
