A Quiet but social person

PLEASE READ MY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE CONTACTING ME.

I am friendly professional female with inclusive values. I am looking for a room to let very close to Plymouth hospital. Walking distance is my main objective, not catching a bus. Nothing in the city centre or close to city, as I have no desire to be close to town. Parking is a must. I will need the place on a flexible basis as I wont be at the property all the time. E. g. away on weekends, or away on holidays. General work pattern is Monday to Thursday. But on occasion due to work demands will be on on-call once every 3 months, work on Monday mornings, or Friday (so being able to travel accordingly). Or during school holidays I might want longer week onsite. I will work long shifts, so someone who is comfortable what ever time I come in. That generally is anything from 8-9pm. But if there is an emergency at work. it could be later. So autonomy and trust is a must. I am married with kids, so not looking for a place for other than a reason to clean, safe environment to crash at.
So would suit someone who wants to utilise rent a room to get income, but not someone all the time there. I have good manners on saying hi/yes and general chit chat when I get there. Whilst I am social but want expectations around this. If you want companionship. I am not the right fit.
Would love ensuite, but likely to use my gym too.

If you find someone don't wait for my response. If you want to choose an open day/vet lots of potential tenants don't choose me. If I see the property and I like it, I would want to proceed. If you are inclusive on all front then do message me. Open and transparent communication is welcomed.
