Excellent professional tenant(s) 2-3 days a week

I am a professional working in Asset Management looking for a reliable base in the city for a couple of nights each week. My wife is a UX Designer and she will be joining me on the odd occasion. We are both very clean and highly respectful of other people and their property. We can also provide fantastic references from our previous landlords for your peace of mind.

​Our Schedule

​I am looking for a room for approximately two nights per week. Due to my work schedule I am generally out of the house from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM. This means I primarily use the space only for sleeping and showering. Most of the time it will just be me staying at the property but my wife will stay with me every so often.

​What I Am Looking For

​A comfortable room with a private shower and toilet
​A clean and well maintained household
​A respectful and quiet living atmosphere
