Professional queer couple looking for a home.

Greetings!

We're Afonso [M 35, he him] and Margo [M 30, he/him] and we are looking for one queer buddy to buddy up with in our pursuit for a new home!

ABOUT US
I, Afonso, am a 35 year old Portuguese Architect with a penchant for most things outdoorsy and nerdy. I work for a small practice based in London Bridge. Margo is 30 and a lawyer from India. He loves cooking, art, hosting people and ... He works in Charing Cross.

We're social guys but we also appreciate having our time and space so hopefully you're someone similar. In other words, we'd like a new friend who also has their own thing going but who would also love to go out from time to time, share a meal or just kick back for a fun movie night.

Both of us have lived in shared accommodation before so we know the ins and outs of this lifestyle well. We're both very considerate, responsible and tidy and we hope to find someone similar who will helps us look after our new place and contribute to turning it into a new home. A place where we can all feel, comfortable and safe :)

For us we are looking for the following:
A two bedroom house/flat with two bathrooms:
- Large, light and airy double room;
- Ensuite bathroom preferred;
- A living room;
- A decently equiped kitchen;
- Idealy an outdoor space, either a garden or a balcony;
- Furnished or partly furnished;
- ideally within 10 to 12 minutes walking distance from the nearest underground.

It goes without saying that we are also only interested in properties that are in good condition! The rent process must also be straightforward and clear.

We have a maximum budget of £1200 pcm which means that the total monthly rent of the house will depend on how much you are able to spend on top of this.

We've had our eyes on a few properties already and even made a few phone calls but haven't settled on anything just yet. We've been mostly looking at properties along the Northern line or at least within a decent commute to both our workplaces.
