House move 6-12 mth accomm needed

My house sold faster than expected this year and I am looking for accommodation from mid-Dec to bridge the gap until I buy another, in 6-12 months time.

I am looking for:
- A 2 bed house / ground floor flat / bungalow/ private section of larger house (This site only allows a selection of single or double room in the headline for what you are looking for, but I need more space than that, as have my belongings to store/use also between house sales)
- Unfurnished (Could do furnished if there is a safe, dry area I could use for storage)
- Parking
- In Carlisle or within 5 miles would be great, but can consider a bit further out for right place
- Good broadband connection

I work full-time, and can provide excellent references.

I am responsible and have run households for many years. I am very clean, organised, and quiet and understand about looking after things and places, so will look after any accommodation while in it. I am a non-smoker and have no pets.
