Man seeks gaff

Training electrician with a small personal health and fitness business seeking cheap and cheerful place to live. I don't need much and am used to living quite spartan so my main needs are a space that I can be alone, and a roof over my head. Anything else is negotiable!
Seeking low cost as I don't really need anything that would justify spending more.
I am quiet, polite, friendly, and will probably be working or sleeping most of the time, but I'm not opposed to socialising if that's the done thing.
Happy to move pretty much anywhere in the country for the right deal.
