Full ad:

A working professional looking for a quiet place to stay. During the evenings or weekends either out for a gym / swimming or working / reading from home.

Pescetarian, but not minding others' culinary preferences. Happy to share my own steam cooker. Clean and respecting boundaries.

A gym close by is a huge plus.

Looking for a place from any time from 1st of October, but flexible about the dates.

If subrenting from an elderly landlord, willing to help with shopping etc over the weekend.

Taking care Dusty, amazing 5yo feline, And Toothless of unspecified middle age, so need at least a garden, an adjacent park would be perfect. Otherwise I'm super easy and super flexible.

I've spent last 4 years in Luton and really enjoyed it, but alas my previous landlady decided to relocate to Canada. I've been back in London since December and really enjoying my current house, but my current landlady, due to her personal circumstances, requires much more support and care than I am able to provide, and it doesn't quite work out for both of us.
