Room required for 51 /m in Reading area

Hi,

I’ve recently returned to Reading after living in Belfast for 13 years and am looking for a single room in a shared house. Ideally I’m seeking a let of at least 3 months, though it's highly likely I may need to stay for 6 months or longer

I’m 51, a non-smoker (but don’t mind smokers), and I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. I enjoy a sociable household but also value everyone’s space.

I don’t need much from the room — just a comfortable space with enough room for a small desk for my laptop. I’m financially secure and able to pay rent reliably.
