Hi! Friendly/sociable/tidy professional IT Consultant/Trainer. I am Responsible ex-flat owner/ex-landlord/ex-Tenants Association director.
Interests: freedom, energy work, yoga, cycling, skiing, racket sports. I do some cooking in the healthier direction and like eating out. preferences:
- house/flat share for self with total MAX 3 in house/flat
- large quiet double room/double bed higher floor (not ground) plus space in room or elsewhere (eg corridor) for a proper desk (can bring)
- away from noise eg not main road/rail line, rooms with radio/TV, non-smoking home only
- modern or modernised interior/ furniture, not above shops or in old-style tower block
- warm/quiet ie double glazed
- access to a real bath for occasional soak ;-)
- shared living space with proper dining table to eat from!
- some outdoor space eg balcony/terrace/garden
- broadband or wifi
