Room wanted within 45 mins of London Bridge

Hello! I’m Sam! I’m looking for a room within sensible commuting distance of London Bridge, preferably with a choice of public transport, 30 mins cycle, or an hour’s walk.

I’m a nice mix of introvert and extrovert… I enjoy connecting and chatting and I also value peaceful recharge time. I’m a naturally positive person and passionate about personal development, growth and human consciousness. I also love to have a laugh and a spontaneous adventure. I love dancing and anything high-energy, also love deep conversations and getting to know people on an authentic level.

I have a primary partner in Spain and three kids … we practice Conscious Autonomy which means that we are connected, but lead reasonably independent lives. For work, I design and build new businesses and I’m currently leading on the creation of urban sports facilities.

I’d love to find a room with plenty of natural light, in a sociable house where people also retreat to their private spaces. I’m also really practical… there’s not much that I can’t fix and I enjoy helping.

I've lived in community / shared houses all my life, as well as raised three (now teenage) kids so I'm well versed in what makes a clean and tidy happy home. I value personal hygiene and cleanliness; both for myself and those that I live with.

I currently live in Hackney and I’m looking to relocate south of the river. I’m in a house of private strangers and I’d love to find a home with a nice vibe and friendly people. I have created a lovely community house in Spain and I go back there every month (approximately) for about a week.

At the weekends I like to find adventures, cycling, ecstatic dance, breathwork, meditation, sacred sexuality gatherings, drum and bass raves, etc.

I’m a vegetarian and mostly sober. Minimalist.
