Double Bedroom needed

Hello,

Professional (civil servant), single, very clean, non-smoking, enjoys a quiet life, no pets, love cooking, female looking for a house to call a home.

Ideally I would like an en-suite bathroom or sharing with just one other person. Shared living/dining space ideally. Parking is essential. I work from home some days and spend about a week each month away from home.

I will only consider clean lets and expect modern decor/furnishings/appliances. These are my non-negotiables.

Budget is flexible for the right place and would prefer a live out landlord but open to live-in providing there would be a tenancy agreement rather than lodger agreement.
