My name is Eddy and I am a carpenter/builder/handyman/timber frame/Passive-House specialist and for the better part of the last 15 years have been involved with all aspects of residential construction in the U. S.
Lifelong cyclist and avid motorcycle rider, I like to work out and spend as much time as possible outside in my spare time, pretty much quit drinking, smoke the very occasional cigar outside (and when I say occasional, it's been over a year since my last one), archery enthusiast, perpetual green crusader and advocate of all solar technologies (I hope one day the main focus of my work will just to be building tiny houses with/for other like-minded individuals) and my diet has now evolved to the point that I eat so little meat most people would be forgiven for thinking I'm vegetarian. Not married and no kids nor pets (but I do like cats and dogs). I wouldn't describe myself as a germophobe but basic common-sense hygiene is really important to me (namely washing hands after using the bathroom and prior to cooking/putting dishes away). I'm a fairly quiet individual not really a tv person so if I'm at the house I am normally tinkering with something (I've been doing iPhone repairs and Xbox refurbs for a while so that is my current accumulation of stuff that I continue to sell on Amazon and fleabay).

Right now I am continuing to be self-employed, working from home in a bid to fix, sell and dispose of the last of my ebay inventory: this is likely to be my situation for the next few weeks/2-3 months so I am looking for a suitable short term place within the Hitchin/Weston/Letchworth area until i start my new job.

Also, I can't be around smokers so it has to be a strictly non-smoking environment.
