House share/flat from mid-March...

I'm currently a trainee teacher working in Rawdon, based in Kirkstall. Looking for a decent sized room in a house or apartment, ideally in Kirkstal, Burley or Headingley to give access to bus routes towards Rawdon and Horsforth

I need private workspace so room for a decent size desk and chair in my room would be a real positive.

A good flatmate would be easy-going, clean, tidy. I'm a keen cook so would probably be found throwing together an Arab dish I've learned, trying to add Spanish to that too.

The teacher training keeps me busy so I will need to spend a fair bit of time focused on that, but I'm laid-back and enjoy socialising.
