Looking for simple self contained accommodation for professional smart single lady relocating to the area for business. Prefer quiet area with easy parking. Will consider house share with ONE other female.

I also like the convenience of a a self contained unit by a house like a garage conversion or first floor studio etc

I am looking for broadband/use of washing machine/en suite/somewhere quiet & peaceful to live OFF STREET parking or unrestricted easy parking for the car is also important

I am happy to consider areas bordering outskirts of any town/city - especially those on route to Motorway route from the town area etc I also like the idea of use of a garden to sit when I get the odd quiet moment...i

I am looking for peace & quiet & somewhere off the beaten track is also of great interest...

Will only consider to share with female/s - sorry to the gentlemen out there!

I now need the accommodation from April

I am a professional house designer and know a lot about property - so respect other people's homes & will be offering good references

I can also help renovate the property to let - if you wish - to bring it up to a modern standard & could organise this before I move in.

Therefore if you had space for an En -suite - but not the work done - I can help you organise that, using professional companies & getting extremely good reliable products!

NB:- I am UNABLE to do any house shares unless with another female - but if I can live in my own area - that is more preferential.
