Friendly, educated guy

Hi, my name is Espen and I'm looking to make a fresh start and move to a good locale.

By trade I am a teacher of English as a Foreign Language and have also worked for health charities. I have recently undertaken adult education with Cambridge University.

I'm a very varied kind of guy. I enjoy quiet time reading good books but am also very sociable. Not a wild party animal, but I enjoy spending time with friends, getting to know people and going out on the town once in a while.

You would find me a friendly, caring and responsible flatmate. I keep the place tidy. I'm looking for friendly folk who are reasonably similar.

As I have worked as a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language I know and have worked with people from all around the rest of Europe and beyond. I am half Norwegian and speak one language fairly well (if I can say so) - namely English! But also know three other languages to a varying degree of competence.

Looking ideally for pleasant folk who have plenty to say (although don't feel obliged to engage in conversation with me every minute of the day! We all need our own space, after all). I'm looking for flatmates who are gay or gay friendly.

Since I'm making a fresh start I might be claiming housing benefit for a while as I find my feet.
