Looking for a double room :)

Hello everyone!
My name’s Luke, 38, originally from Devon, working in the wine industry.

Looking for a double room in Kent, working near Ashford, but happy to look quite wide for the right place - as far as Whitstable, but also Canterbury, Faversham and Tenterden, and anything in between. Not particularly fussy, so long as I don't have to travel forever to get to work every day.
I was in London for 10 years, but started working in Kent in September. I'd ideally have space for a desk, and always have quite a few bottles (lots of samples, very happy to share!), and a BBQ, so some outdoor space would be great too.

I love cooking, live music and sports, and also getting out and about at the weekends, but tend to be pretty chilled most of the time.

Fairly flexible on move in dates – ideally at some point in Jan or Feb, but a little later is fine too. Budget is up to £800/month, but preferably a bit less.
