Professional seeking a double room/studio

Hello,

I currently live in London, working for the Home Office as a case officer. However, I got a new role, transferring to DWP in Ipswich as a Work Psychologist, hence the need to move out.

I don't smoke, nor do I have any pets or kids.

I like running (when I have the time) and going out (when I have the money). Other hobbies include playing tennis, chess and swimming (lifeguard certified).

I'm very friendly, I enjoy meeting new people and socialising over a glass (in or out), but I also have respect for people's privacy and like doing my own thing every now and then.

I'm very clean and tidy (for a male), just not OCD, and my current landlord can tell you all about that.

I believe people make places, not the other way around. That's why the people I'll be sharing the house with are more important to me than the actual place.

I am looking for a place where I can stay for a few months, maybe up to 6 months.

I can provide references from my current manager and landlord and my future manager.

I'm looking to move in starting 1st June.
