Easy going 36 year old guy looking for flatshare.

Hi!

I'm Steven, 36 years old and looking to find a similar minded flatmate in a nice flat.

I would say that I am clean and tidy. I like to socialise with friends with weekends but I wouldn't say I was a party animal of any description, so I like things to be on the quieter side but not Buddhist monastery quiet. I also love to cook and cooking for friends and family.

Ideally I'd like to have a flat that included some of the bills inc Council Tax but not set in stone and would like to live either west end, southside or somewhere central.
