33, Professional, Seeking Room in North LDN

I’m looking for a new place to call home from late May when my contract ends, but I’d consider earlier for the right place!

I’m really sad to be leaving my current home and housemates after two years, but I’m hoping to move closer to work and explore a new area of London.

I’m very sociable but also respectful of people’s space. I’m clean, tidy, and genuinely believe in making a house feel like a home. I’ve had great experiences on here before and have ended up becoming good friends with previous housemates.

A bit about me:

I love movie nights, cooking meals together, intimate supper parties, games nights, or days out exploring London. I’m also big into baking, so expect the occasional sweet treat left in the kitchen!

I’m happy to share with a mix of people, ideally between 28–38, as that’s worked really well for me in the past.

I work in Marketing, Monday to Friday in Shoreditch, and I travel quite a bit for work, so I’m not always home during the week.

In my spare time I DJ with vinyl (disco / soul / funk vibes) and play gigs around London, usually Peckham, Brixton or Shoreditch. If you’re ever up for it, it’s always fun to come along for a boogie.

Looking for:

My budget is up to £1,050 per month including bills and internet, ideally long-term. A double room would be amazing, enough space to set up my vinyl turntables.

Somewhere with good transport links to Old Street or within walking/cycling distance of Shoreditch would be perfect.
