Looking for a room to rent for up to 1 year
Hi,
I am currently looking for accommodation in the south Manchester area.
A little bit about myself...I'm 31 and originate from Gloucestershire, I work as the event hospitality manager at Manchester Central (old GMEX) . I work normally 8/9 - 5/6pm weekdays and the odd weekend shift. I enjoy the normal things in life, cooking, keeping fit, films etc.
I am a landlord myself and own a property down south and appreciate the rental market, so understand the importance of looking after a property.
I am moving out of my current property due to the landlord returning to live in her house which I have rented for the past 3 years. She is returning to the area for work.
