Seeking a double room in Blackpool

I currently live in the South East of England, however I'm in early stages of establishing a new business in Blackpool.

I need a double room (max £500pcm, inc. bills). Doesn't necessarily need to come furnished as I've got a bed and some furniture of my own, however I might be able to leave these items at my current place if needs be. An en-suite would be welcomed but not essential; off-street or on-street (free) parking is essential as I have a small 3-door car.

I am currently in receipt of Universal Credit, however I'm planning to get off of this just as soon as I can get the business properly started. Having a roof over my head is one of the most important things to me so my rent is the first thing that I always pay. I'll happily provide a reference from my current landlord if necessary in order to be able to prove this.
