Cat friendly home sought by mature aged lady

Hello,

I'm a mature aged lady and come with two cats.

Cats are house trained and like to have access to the outside after the initial few days indoors post relocation. Prefer cat flap however is someone around all day, that's OK.

I currently have a lovely council flat with fab views however it's just too noisy for me and my cats are struggling with no garden and the noise of the main road.. My old cat now has visual issues on top of severe arthritis and I want him to have his last days laying in the sun of a lovely garden in a cat loving home.

I'm looking for;

Just an owner/landlord/ to share with (or whole property if cheap)
Mature aged person
Animal lover
No addictions of any kind
Quiet and homely type person and non reveller
Respectful of space and beliefs
A sense of humour and music appreciation
I would prefer a female household but will consider a chap if the right person.

I am looking preferably in Tavistock or nearby area

Also very interested to hear from others to potentially buddy up and get a house between us.. I have everything required to move in albeit it basics, my priority is a safe and quiet location.
