29yr music producer/A&R looking for a new home!

Hey - I'm Oliver, a 29 year old music producer/songwriter and A&R (record label & music publisher in electronic music) looking for a nice household to move into 👋

I'm looking for a modern en-suite room with enough space for a double bed and my kit (desk, keyboards, etc - I usually work on headphones so dont worry about late night loud music). Been in SW for 5+ years, Brixton for most of it, but I'm down for anywhere in SW or East. I work in Angel three days a week so at max I need to be within a 30-40 minute cycle away.

I'm social but often need my own space, so my ideal household is easy-going, social (definitely not a party house but down for an occasional night out), healthy, clean, and respectful of eachother's privacy. I'm also active and regularly cycle, gym, etc so would love to live with like-minded people and be good influences on each other!
