Looking for a room (Universal credit)

I'm looking for a single or double room

Looking for right environment, the right place with a good landlord and respectful housemates and a place i can feel comfortable in my own space.

As a tentant and room mate I will be quiet, clean, tidy, & very respectful to others, and will just go about my day

Happy to help out around the house
I will always clean up after myself after cooking food, or using facilities.

I don't smoke, I don't do drugs.
