Unfurnished / Furnished Room or House share

I'm looking for any room that has a little extra space to add my 4ft wide lightweight folding table so my idel room size is around 3m x4m but I'll consider all available options.

I also have a modern black double height clothing rail with top shelf for my backpacks that I'd like to bring if there is the room as it's so convenient.

I'm a mobile DJ covering all event styles and been in business three years, however I will be in local full time local work by my move in date with additional income.

I'm friendly, life experienced, tidy, organised and polite.

I have a current clear DBS check and regular work in a 200 mile south of England circle. I have an immaculate up to date small commercial van to park and enjoy cycling so some bike storage would be good.

I also attend the gym, enjoy conversation and cafe culture.
