700pcm zones 1-3 En-suite

I am Niki. My friends would describe me as easy-going, sarcastic, apparently im funny, and independent. I like to spend my time outside, either alone or with others in my free time. I love art, culture, theatre, hiking and everything that require an adrenaline rush. At the same time, I could indoors catching the latest Netflix binge or would like to get back into hiking to go somewhere fun. I am friendly and don't mind joining in social things in the house. I guess you could call me ambivert

I work in social care at the moment.
‍I am a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I want my house to be where I can have people over. I am open to the idea of my housemates hosting small parties - I would like to know about these ahead of time. I want to keep common areas pretty clean, but I'm not a neat freak.

My monthly budget is £650 to £800 pcm, but I would prefer an ensuite or a studio in South West London if possible. I'm currently living in Norbury and would love to stay in that area of possible or commutable distance to Wandsworth where my job is.
I have my own mattress and other small furniture items, so a large room is preferred.
I do vape, but I understand if this is an issue for anyone I live with.
