I am looking for a well kept property to live in with preferably one or two flatmates maximum while I look for my own property to buy. I would prefer a female but would consider a male also. Happy to live with a landlord. I will be there primarily at weekends but do not want someone fussy about specific days as I may also be there during the week depending on my schedule.
