**DOUBLE ROOM NEEDED**
I am 50 years of age and currently wanting a double room can pay up to £400 pcm to includes all bills. Ideally ensuite but this isn't a must depending on the number of other people at the property. A verbal or written reference can be arranged from my current landlady if one is needed. I'm having to move as she has moved back into the property. And has decided to renovate and then sell the property. So if you have a room that might be of interest to me please get in touch.
