Looking to buddy for 2Bed2Bath apartment

Hey there! I'm looking for a fellow professional to flatshare an apartment I'm interested in and am open to buddying up for similar properties.

I'm moving to Southampton from London for work commencing September.

I'm very easy going and tidy, tend to use the kitchen quite a bit and enjoy exploring the city and the surrounding areas. Would happily let you watch my netflix or prime, play some PS4, do a BBQ, etc. Can be social but also give you privacy.

Would like a flatmate who is clean and tidy, (shoes left at front of flat) and is open to sharing the cost of furnishing a flat (which actually works out to be cheaper in the long run!).

I have a property in mind I would like to start renting from end Aug, in Bow Square - two bedrooms, and comes with 2 bathrooms. The property includes a gym, residents area including private courtyard and BBQ pits, private parking (at a cost), free bike storage and concierge.
