Creative professional relocating to Fal/Penryn

Hi,

I’m seeking to be a lodger or find a place - in a flat or house share with one or a few people in Falmouth/Penryn/surrounding areas. I am open to how many people, and where exactly because I am more interested in finding the right fit so we can find a nice home together.

I would love to find a place with a garden - to spend time, eat outside, and to garden and grow veg. I would love to share a home with likeminded people, where we can cook and hang out together in shared spaces, and equally where we can do our own thing too.

I work remotely in communications for a policy org and also freelance, alongside making jewellery amongst other things! I’ve spent the last half a year working on regenerative farms and want to continue learning about food and farming, perhaps within a local community project.

I like to be active and out in nature - sea swimming, walks, cycling, yoga and sometimes surfing (although can’t say I’ve been in a while!). I like to learn about new places, people and things. I like to go to cultural events like galleries, theatre and live music.

I would love a place to call home after years of being quite nomadic - a room, and nice communal spaces for hanging out, and also in an ideal world a space for making - so if there was some sort of office/studio/shed in addition, that would be perfect!
