Professional looking for annexe or house share

Hi, I'm a working professional looking for either a 1 bed annexe or house share for a minimum of 12 months, ideally as an ongoing rental if everyone's happy.

I'm looking for somewhere within approx 30 mins commuting time via train or public transport to central Bristol. In an ideal world I'd love somewhere with a garden/sunny outdoor spot and bonus if there's a friendly cat! (Not my cat or dog in the photos, I just do a bit of pet sitting).

I'd need decent wifi as I work from home part time (2 days a week currently but it can vary.) Parking and bike storage also useful. Budget approx £700/month including bills.

I'm clean, calm and tidy and enjoy looking after the space I live in. I'd be happy to help out with any animals on site too potentially. If nearer/in town and no garden, being near a park would be helpful.

TBC when I may have to move from here so putting feelers out now to hopefully give me enough time to find the right fit. I think the earliest moving date would be May but for the right place I'd just need to give 4 weeks notice. (Unfortunately my lovely landlady who I currently live with has stage 4 cancer so is unsure of time frames).

As for me, I work for a nature charity in Bristol, easy going, outdoorsy, sociable but also enjoy my own space. Interests include outdoor activities, hiking, wildlife, environment, film/TV, photography, exploring.

Looking for somewhere clean, peaceful, relaxed and friendly to call home.
