Single or Double room needed from 1st March 26

Ideally I'm looking for the following;
1.) Room in flat or house
2.)Quiet environment
5.)Want to live with someone working full time (ideally they have professional job)
6.) Strong preference for a place South or West of London in close proximity to tube station. My work will be in Fenchurch St so living on District or Northern line is ideal.

A bit about me: I'm a senior insurance industry professional starting another London role. I'll be in the office 3 days a week the rest WFH. The role will be demanding so appreciate a quiet environment at night.
I am into fitness so would often go for a run, play football or go to the gym.
I like to socialise and enjoy going out for a meal.
