Looking for a room in Bridgend

Hello, my name is Vladimir, I have been living in the UK since 2014. I am looking for a room in Bridgend, or surroundings(good connection links). I am 30 years old, full-time software developer originally from Slovakia. I am moving to Bridgend due to my new opportunity. I would prefer a flat share or house with a live-in-landlord( no student houses) . I do not smoke. Even though I enjoy socializing with a good company I am not a party boy since I am quiet person .I am looking for a housemate who is easy-going and quiet and let me sleep at night(My biggest priority, therefore I would prefer to live with someone who has got the same schedule 9-5, Unfortunately I cannot live with people that make noise at night, this is very important so please think about that before you offer me your room. I can provide you an excellent references from my previous landlords and employer as well and I can also pay you deposit. I would like to move in on the 1st. of June ideally but can do sooner or later as long as I am good match with other tenants.
