Mature Student

I am a 42 year old male, seeking a room in a house share with other like minded people who are not too noisy (e. g parties in house every night) to share the bills or if bills are included that would be a bonus. I am quiet but easy going and willing to socialize if that is part of the deal. Just like my own space most of the time. Willing to stick to any cleaning rotas and basically just need somewehere, nice and relaxing that is within my budget. I like music but do play quietly. Hoping to come to Sunderland in September to study at a Four year Integrate dFoundation Degree at The University Of Sunderland but could do to stay initially for the first 2 years. Hopefully to also find casual work in the mean time.
