I am Adriana, a professional violinist and violin teacher, currently looking for a long-term semi-furnished (or even better unfurnished) room to rent where I can practice the violin, record videos and produce live-streamed performances.
With bills included, my current budget is in the range of £600 and £650.
I am a tidy, introverted, nonsmoking, amiable person searching for a place with transportation access. Although it is not a top priority, being close to a park or green area would also be preferred.
August 1st is the move-in date, though I would prefer it to be about two weeks earlier.
