29 y/o female looking for double bedroom

Hi there! I'm a 29 year old looking for a double room in a friendly and sociable house share. I run a summer programme for new students at a university and work a mix of at home and in the office, I like socialising with whoever i'm living with and would like to live with people who enjoy the odd drink/movie/dinner, but I also do need my own space from time to time. I love going to gigs and festivals, checking out different exhibits, and am always trying to get myself in the gym!

My budget is £1000 a month including bills, and it needs to be a reasonable sized double bedroom - not a box room with a bed and one small bedside cabinet stuffed in!

ONLY looking in Brixton and surrounding areas (Clapham, Balham, Tooting, Peckham, Kennington, Stockwell)
