2 sisters and a pup

Hi there,
I've had an ad up a couple of times here before but nothing has worked out so we are still looking for a home with 2 double rooms to rent that has a garden.
We've been looking for a while without much luck as it seems the rental market is completely dry.

We both work from home so we have expanded our search area as we are now quite stressed.

Looking for landlords that will consider a very well trained and adorable older cocker spaniel (references from previous landlords available).

My sister and I are working professional and we like to keep our home clean and tidy and we love gardening.
My cocker spaniel is friendly, polite, house trained, vaccinated and has regular grooming.

We share a car so a parking space would be preferable but if there's on street parking that should be okay too.

We are not looking for a house share unfortunately! Preferably unfurnished and not too far from public transport.

We are good people and I really hope there is a landlord out there that can help.
