Local Business Owner & Well-Behaved Cat Seek Room

Hi All, I’m a professional and local business owner who has lived and worked in Alderley Edge for 9 years. I am looking for a quiet, respectful and safe room/annex to call home for myself and my lovely indoor cat- Shabba.

About My Situation:
Because of my business commitments, I can typically away for up to 2 weeks every month, sometimes longer. This means you (or the household) would have the place to yourself for half the time, while I remain a reliable, long-term tenant.

The Most Important Part (The Cat!):
I have a very sweet, clean, and quiet indoor cat. She is a total soul-soother who is very happy to have a cuddle and a purr if you're an animal lover, but also very independent.
• When I’m away: I am looking for a living situation where the household is happy to either help with her feeding (she’s very low maintenance!) or is comfortable with a trusted friend/sitter popping in to check on her.
• Hygiene: I am meticulous about her litter (odor-controlled) and cleanliness.

About Me:
• Professional: Stable income, local business owner, and can provide excellent local references from within the village.
• Lifestyle: I value a peaceful, clean, and positive environment. When I am home, I’m usually focused on work or relaxing with my cat.
• Reliability: I’m happy to discuss a "Pet CV," an additional deposit, or proof of business earnings to make sure we are a perfect fit.

I’m looking for somewhere safe, clean, and most importantly, with people who genuinely respect and enjoy animals.
