Needing a room to rent please
Hello, I am looking for a room to rent for 650 pcm incl bills. Very quiet, work full time in Cheam/Sutton and happy to socialise with housemates. I would like a double room ideally, and some sort of communal area as I would prefer not to eat in my room. I currently have a gecko, who is housed in a vivarium and would be in my room away from other people but will find another home for him if it is needed so please don't be put off by this. I smoke but I am happy to not smoke in the house.
Needing to find somewhere to live by end of July at the very latest, as my landlady is selling our house. Have been here 8 years
