Professional Male seeks a whole house

Whole empty properties preferred. I am a professional male looking for a double room in the Leyton / Leytonstone / Stratford area. Somewhere near the Central Line or a mainline to the city centre.

I am available to move in one months time and have a budget of £1,500pcm. I have 1 female friend age in her mid thirties who wants to take 1 of the rooms and could be interested in buddy ups to allow us to take while properties.

I am Geoff, I'm originally from Northern Ireland but have been living in London for a long time. I'm into cycling, alternative festivals, and gigs.

I work from home and would like to be somewhere within 40 min cycle of the city centre. I'm looking to move as soon as possible.

I'm fairly sociable, enjoy flat meals, the odd night out and would like to live in a clean & tidy flat, that's home not just a flat share. (I really want to live with people who don't spend all of their time in their rooms hardly speaking!)
