Hi I'm Jeff,

Im looking for a place that is in good condition and reasonably cosy. En suite if possible and a nice view.

I work away in the Merchant Navy as Chief Officer for 3 weeks then home for 3 weeks at a time.

As I'm only present half the time there is an advantage to any landlord/lady that I only use half as much gas/electricity etc as a normal roomer. I would welcome a small reduction but will pay the asking price if necessary - it is a part of my job that I am used to.

I am 51, very clean and tidy, like to have a laugh, am sociable but also like my own space too.

I grew up in and have 3 grown up children living in the area.

References available.

I am looking to move in mid November .
