Man looking for a lovely room to rent

Hello,

My name is Joa. I am a 43-year-old male studying part time at Perth college. I also work full-time at a care home in Dunkeld.
I am originally from Portugal and after living in France and Holland for many years, I moved to Scotland five years ago and I have fallen in love with Perth and it’s stunning countryside.

While I work, I am looking for a room to rent in a house or cottage in or just outside Perth for a minimum let of six months to a year.

I would be open to sharing a home with a cat or dog friendly household.
Able to move at any time, currently on a rolling flexible tenancy.

Ideally the room will have an en suite bathroom but ok if not, open to sharing with a family. I really enjoy cooking and gardening and would be happy to help out around the house and maintain the garden in my spare time.
